Lemon212 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide for Malaysian Members

In this document, "Lemon212", "we", "our platform" refer to the website and services operating under the domain lemon212.click. "Member", "you", "user" refer to any individual who has registered for or is using Lemon212's services. "Platform" refers to the entire website, mobile application, and all related services provided by Lemon212.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the platform lemon212, you automatically accept and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy published separately. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on Lemon212 at any time. Registering multiple accounts using different identities, phone numbers, email addresses, devices, or payment methods is a serious breach of these terms. Lemon212 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances and winnings without notice.

You are fully responsible for:

All financial transactions on Lemon212 must be conducted using valid payment methods registered in the member's own name. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian banks). The use of payment methods under a third party's name is strictly prohibited.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction
• Deposit processing time: typically under 3 minutes
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the method
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same method used for the original deposit (the method previously used to deposit into that account)
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional KYC verification

All deposits are final once processed. No refunds will be issued for deposits that have been credited to a gaming account. Should a technical issue occur during a transaction, please contact our customer support within 24 hours and provide proof of the transaction.

All bets accepted and confirmed by the lemon212 system are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Unconfirmed bets may be cancelled within a limited time window before the match begins, subject to the bet type.

• In-play bets (live match) are final once confirmed by the system and cannot be cancelled
• The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are the odds that apply — not the odds shown when you first clicked the button
• If a match is cancelled before an official result is declared, all related bets will be fully refunded (voided)
• If a match is postponed and resumes within 48 hours, the original result will be used to settle the bet
• Bets on matches involving different players or teams from those advertised due to specific circumstances (injury, lineup changes) will be settled based on the actual match result
• Bets placed after match results become unofficially known but before the official announcement may be voided at Lemon212's discretion

Lemon212 reserves the right to reject, limit, or void any bet suspected of involving manipulation or misconduct. In such cases, an investigation will be carried out and Lemon212's decision shall be final.

• The outcome of each round, hand, or game is entirely independent and random — previous results have no bearing on future outcomes in RNG games.
• Lemon212 is not responsible for any technical failures on the part of third-party game providers — any disputes relating to third-party games will be directed to the respective provider.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects gameplay (disconnection, system error), any incomplete rounds or hands will be fully refunded

Lemon212's final decision in any dispute is binding. lemon212 does not accept claims submitted through third parties or social media without first going through our official support channels.

Lemon212 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe
• Legal obligations or requests from authorities
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months (balances may be subject to a management fee after 6 months of inactivity — prior notice will be given)

When an account is closed for non-disciplinary reasons, any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method once investigation and verification are complete. In cases of disciplinary closure due to fraud or serious violations, lemon212 reserves the right to confiscate the balance as part of its loss recovery measures.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requires all bonus wagering requirements to be fulfilled beforehand, or any associated bonuses will be forfeited.
